With honor, AGRI TRADE SUMMIT warmly welcomes you to Bucharest, on February 27 – 2025, for the 3rd edition of the event. Bucharest has the privilege of hosting the event in a location that represents the pinnacle in terms of event organization.
ROMEXPO, a name that no longer needs confirmation, a top location of fairs and events in Romania, will host the 3rd edition of the Agri Trade Summit. Positioned in the north of Bucharest, a business center of national magnitude and surrounded by spectacular locations, as well as an extensive network of famous hotels.
The third edition also enjoys the support of the CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY OF ROMANIA, because Agri-Food Security is an extremely hot topic of national interest.
In previous editions, the AGRI TRADE SUMMIT was under the focus of the Romanian authorities as well as the European ones.
The online presence of the Prime Minister of Romania, the online presence of the NATO Deputy Secretary General, the physical presence of the Minister of Agriculture and the Secretary of State, were the extremely strong proofs of the interest in Romanian Agriculture and Romanian Agribusiness.
The video messages of the European Commissioner for Agriculture, the Chairman of the Committee on Agriculture of the European Parliament as well as the physical presence of the USDA (Department of State for Agriculture) attaché for South-Eastern Europe, confirmed in turn the focus and interest in Romania and the agribusiness environment.
Agri Trade Summit is the place where Romanian Agriculture and Romanian and European Agribusiness have the strongest connections, where information and business potential have the highest valences, and the presence of the actors at this event, truly represents, the interest and support for the Agricultural and Agribusiness environment in Romania, the only country in the Black Sea basin, predictable and sustainable that has a huge potential, but insufficiently exploited.

Now in its third edition, the summit has consistently focused on Romania’s business environment, linking it directly with the European context and the potential of the Black Sea region. It also serves as a crucial platform for promoting ethical principles within the Romanian and European agribusiness communities.
Starting with 670 participants in February 2023, the event grew to 1,170 in February 2024, with expectations of 1,500-1,600 participants in 2025. This growth underscores the summit’s role as a central hub for agribusiness in Romania, even in challenging times like 2024.
The presence of key industry players—including farmers, traders, genetics and distribution companies, logistics, financial services, and more—highlights Romania’s significant position in both EU and non-EU business landscapes. From the outset, AGRI TRADE SUMMIT has been envisioned as the premier event for Romania, fostering fair, ethical, and sustainable business practices.
