1. PRESENTATION AND DEFINITIONS

The www.agritradesummit.com website is owned by AGRICOLUMN S.R.L., headquartered in Bucharest, sector 1, Feldioara Street no. 17-19, ap.11, and working point in Bucuresti, sector 1, bd. Poligrafiei, nr. 75, et. 2,registered with the RC under no. J40/6000/2020, CUI 42594642, tax attribute RO, company hereinafter referred to as the owner of the website or AGRICOLUMN.

Through the website, the presentation of the products and services offered on the website by AGRICOLUMN is ensured within the Agri Trade Summit Event that it organizes, it facilitates registration and participation in this event, access to the services offered.  At the same time, the site provides the possibility for users to apply for a position related to open positions in the company, as well as to subscribe to receive periodic information (newsletter), registration services for participants in various events organized by the site owner, services subject to these terms,if no special conditions will be stipulated for each case.
The following terms will be defined as follows:

• User – any person who accesses the site in his own name or as a representative of a legal entity and who will be able to register at some point on the site, being interested in accessing the services offered on the site by the owner of the site, regardless of whether he places an order or not; the person who subscribes in order to receive periodic information (news-letter) and who implicitly undertakes to comply with this set of rules, being responsible for his actions on the website; 
• The user over the age of 18 who accesses the website and places an order on the website for the purchase of a service offered by purchasing an access ticket to the events offered through the website is generically referred to on the website as the Client.
• Service – providing the User with access to the content of the Website and to the products and services marketed through the Website, access to the events ordered by the Client on the Website. Access to the events takes place for a fee, being conditioned by the provision of all information for registration and payment of the value of the services.
• Order – an electronic document that intervenes as a form of communication between the user interested in accessing these services (customer) and the owner of the site, transmitting his firm intention to access the services offered on the site.
• Contract – the order confirmed by the owner of the site.

2. USER REGISTRATION

To access the site, respectively the presentation sections, it is not necessary to register users. The registration of the user is mandatory only if he/she signs up to receive a periodic newsletter or to place an order for services provided on the website (access to events).
In order to place an order to participate in an event, you must provide the following data, as the case may be: name, surname or company name, email address, telephone number, as well as pay by bank transfer or online payment by bank card the value of the services at the price indicated on the website.
If you wish to benefit from any services offered on the www.agritradesummit.com  website, you undertake and warrant the following:

1. provide true, accurate and complete data about the user, as requested by the registration form of the website.
2. maintain or update the registration data that has undergone changes (e.g. name, surname, email address, telephone number) so that they are true, accurate and complete.

The administrators of the site reserve the right (but not the obligation) to verify the authenticity of the users’ registration data regarding their existence, and in the case of companies, the name of the company, the headquarters, the unique registration code, the registration number at the Trade Register, as well as the current state of the company, if it is in operation, is dissolved or deleted. By accepting the terms and conditions, the user agrees to any verifications that will be carried out by the site administrators as a security measure for the reality and accuracy of the data provided.

If it is found that the information provided by the user is inaccurate or inconsistent with that provided by the legal bodies, the site administrators reserve the right to deny the user current or future attempts to access the services provided on the site, including access to organized courses.

By accessing the Website and the Services made available, the User guarantees that he/she provides the owner of the Website with correct data, being solely responsible for the information provided.

3. DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE OF THE EVENT

The Agri Trade Summit event is organized on the date and in the locations indicated on the website. The event will take place for one day and will include the conference and presentation area but also an exhibition area, to which all participants will have access, based on the access ticket to the event.

4. REGISTRATION AND CONFIRMATION OF A SERVICE ORDER

The User can place Orders on the www.agritradesummit.com  Website, by entering the required data in the Section dedicated to the services offered, and in order to complete the Order and buy the access tickets, it will be transferred to the www.agricolumn.ro  website on the page dedicated to the event.

The option for a certain product, in the absence of completing the Order and making the payment, does not entail the registration of an order, implicitly nor the granting of the right of access to the respective service. The Website Owner may cancel an order placed by the User, following prior notice to the User, without any subsequent obligation of either party towards the other or without any party being able to claim damages from the other in the following cases:

– failure to pay the price (failure of the bank card payment operation, lack of funds, etc.).

– the data provided by the User on the Website are incomplete and/or incorrect.

– for accidental errors on the website regarding the presentation of products/services or regarding their price.

5. PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT AND TICKET PRICES

The access will be based on the tickets sold online through the website www.agricolumn.ro . The price, the payment method and the payment term are specified in the presentation of each product/service. The price of an access ticket for each category and includes access to the event for 1 (one) person. Other packages or facilities may be offered on the website for the purchase of several tickets, the conditions and details of each offer being specified on the website in the section dedicated to them.

The prices will be paid in lei at the leu/EUR exchange rate communicated by the NBR from the date of the transaction according to the complete information presented on the ticket sales website.

The Organizer issues to the User an invoice for the purchased services, the User’s obligation being to provide all the information necessary for the issuance of the invoice in accordance with the legislation in force.

The invoice is sent exclusively in electronic format, by e-mail, to the e-mail address mentioned by the User. By sending the Order, the User understands and agrees to receive the invoices in electronic format via e-mail, to the e-mail address mentioned by the User when entering the data and placing the order.

In case of cancellation or postponement of the event (date and/or time), change of venue, the Organizer will notify through an announcement on this website www.agritradesummit.com  and on the website www.agricolumn.ro  all customers about the conditions for returning tickets and recovering their value.

If the prices or other details regarding the services have been displayed incorrectly, including due to the fact that they have been wrongly entered in the database, the owner of the site has no liability and reserves the right to cancel orders containing erroneous data as soon as possible from the date of detection of the error.

6. CUSTOMER’S RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The organized event falls into the category mentioned by art. 16 letter l of GEO no. 34/2014 on consumer rights within contracts concluded with professionals, so that buyers cannot exercise their right of withdrawal from the contract for the sale-purchase of tickets concluded at a distance or outside the commercial premises within 14 calendar days from the date of taking possession of the tickets,  provided by GEO no. 34/2014.As such, the return of tickets and the return of their value for tickets ordered, paid, delivered/generated and valid for the event that will take place according to the communicated schedule (date and time) and location are not accepted.

The Organizer does not assume responsibility for the impossibility of participating in the Event due to causes independent of it.

7. OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The use of the site is permitted in compliance with the principles of good faith, for information and for the provision of the products and services referred to in art. 1 above. The stylized representations, the graphic creation, the logos and symbols associated with them and their combinations with any word or graphic symbol, the photographs, the audio-video materials, the content used on this site are the exclusive property of the owner of the site or he has acquired the right to use them, the user not having the right to copy, record and distribute them further. Users may not take over the content of the site, may not intervene, modify or delete its content (text, images, logos, etc.). Any violation of this rule is an infringement of copyright, trademark or any other intellectual property right. The copying, duplication, distribution, archiving or keeping, by any means, carried out for commercial purposes of the materials existing on the site are not permitted. If there are sections within the site where users can insert comments and express personal opinions, images or other elements likely to be protected by intellectual property rights, the responsibility for their content lies exclusively with the users in question.

By accessing the website, purchasing and accessing the services made available by the Company, the User accepts that all information, data, text, messages, files, etc. that he/she uploads to the website (hereinafter referred to as “content”), regardless of whether they have been publicly or individually displayed/transmitted, are his/her responsibility. As a result, the User is solely responsible for the information, texts, materials transmitted through the created access account and is also solely responsible for respecting the copyright of the content, as defined and protected by law. The owner of the website does not carry out a check and thus does not guarantee reality. 

8. CHANGES TO THE SITE

The owner of this site reserves the right to modify or interrupt, temporarily or permanently, its operation or access to the products/services made available (in whole or in part). In this case, the owner is not liable for any modification, suspension or interruption of access to the website and the services available through it. Also, the owner of the site may modify the content of the services offered on the site and their conditions, any such changes applying for the future and for future services.

9. RESPONSIBILITY

The user expressly declares that he/she accepts the following conditions:

1. The use of the services made available on the site is at your own risk.

1. The owner of the site does not provide any guarantee that:
   – Services meet all user requirements;
   – Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;
   – Program errors will be corrected.

10. LIMITS OF LIABILITY

The user expressly accepts that the owner of the site is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, including, but not limited to, damages by loss of profit, usability, data or other intangible or immeasurable losses, resulting from:

– unauthorized access to or damage to the User’s transmissions or data;

– any other problem related to the site’s services.

11. NOTICES AND COMMUNICATIONS

The owner of the website may send notifications/information regarding changes to the Terms of Use or other matters by posting notices to users in general, on the website.

12. FORCE MAJEURE

The owner of the www.agritradesummit.com site  is not obliged to comply with the obligations set forth in the Terms of Use, as a result of a cause beyond its control, including but not limited to fortuitous events, adverse weather conditions, other actions or inactions for which the site administrators are not responsible.

13. GOVERNING LAW

By accessing this website, the User accepts that this contract and any dispute related to it are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, and the User agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Romanian courts of law at its registered office.
The owner of the www.agritradesummit.com site does not guarantee that the content of this site is subject to the laws (including intellectual property laws) of other countries outside Romania. If the User accesses this site from outside Romania, he does so at his own risk and is solely responsible for complying with the laws of the country in which he is located.

14. FINAL CLAUSES

These terms govern users’ access to the www.agritradesummit.com  website. If, after the launch of the website and the publication of these terms, additional functions or services made available on the website are implemented, they will be subject to the same rules and conditions contained in these clauses, if they do not benefit from conditions distinct from these clauses.

By accessing this site, you accept the above conditions and agree that it has the value of a contract, tacitly accepted, between the user and the site administrators. If you do not wish to comply with the rules described above, please do not use the information or services made available on this website.

– Management of communications related to participation in the event;
